Privacy Policy
What we collect
Your Discord account identifiers; the checkout profiles you submit (name, address, phone, email, card details); retailer account credentials and a Gmail app password where a site requires them; and records of checkouts, fees and credits.
How it is stored
Card numbers, account passwords and email credentials are encrypted at rest with keys held separately from the database. Only the last four digits of a card are ever displayed. Top-up payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive that card number.
How it is used
Profiles are exported to checkout software solely to place orders during drops you are enrolled in. Gmail access is used only to read order confirmation and cancellation emails from supported retailers to verify checkouts. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond Stripe, Whop and Discord as needed to run the service.
What is visible to others
Public checkout channels show product and store only. Sensitive profile details are never posted publicly. Referral leaderboards show Discord names and counts.
Deletion
You can delete profiles at any time from Discord. Ask support to close your account and we remove your profiles, credentials and Gmail access; billing records are retained as required for accounting.
