Terms of Service
1. The service
Snell ACO ("we") operates automated checkout software on your behalf at supported retailers using shipping and payment profiles you provide. We do not guarantee any checkout will succeed, that a retailer will fulfil an order, or that any item will be available.
2. Membership
Access is sold through Whop as a one-time Founding Member pass. Membership is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend or revoke membership for violations of these terms without refund of the pass.
3. Fees and credits
A success fee, determined by the cart total of each confirmed order as published on the Pricing page, is deducted from your prepaid credit balance after we verify the retailer's order confirmation. Credits are purchased through Stripe, never expire, and are not transferable. Unused credit is refundable on account closure by request through support. Fees for orders the retailer cancels are returned to your balance.
4. Chargebacks
Contact support before disputing any charge. Initiating a chargeback on a credit top-up results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credit pending resolution.
5. Your responsibilities
You confirm every profile, payment method and account you submit is yours or you are authorized to use it. You will not share access, another member's information, or exported data; create multiple accounts; or refer yourself. Retailer terms apply to your orders.
6. Referral program
Referral rewards are credits, not cash, and are granted only for referred members who pay at least one success fee within the reward window. We may void rewards where accounts appear related (shared email, payment method or address) or where the program is abused.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the credit balance in your account at the time of the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms and the fee table. Material changes are announced in the Discord server before they take effect.
