Where to get help

Open a ticket in the #support channel of the Discord server. Staff answer there; there is no support email. Order questions usually resolve faster if you first press Check Order Status in #my-balance.

Joining is free. Come into the Discord and open a ticket in #support; messages there reach us directly. The FAQ covers most questions about fees, credits, cancellations, and email access.
